250-drone real-time physics sim over a 28×22 km Chicago airspace grid. 10 named operator fleets — Wing/Alphabet, Amazon Air, UPS, Zipline, Chicago PD, MedEvac, Intel Survey, Waymo Air, Chicago Fire, InspectCo. Chicagoland 3-tier adaptive sector mesh: 400 m cubes downtown (fine deconfliction), 1 km cubes urban ring, 2.5 km cubes outer suburbs — all capped at Class G ceiling (122 m / 400 ft AGL). Every drone is owned by exactly one sector cube at all times, with sub-50 ms handoff on boundary cross. Downtown vertiports (recharge / drop-off / pax ferry) act as anchor nodes. No-fly cylinders enforce only over O'Hare + Midway terminal control zones. Drones self-deconflict ADAS-style via 10 Hz V2V beacons (≤ 1 km range) plus per-drone Tesseract Dynamic Volume (TDV) envelopes that scale from 7,600 ft³ to 40,000 ft³ with speed and density. AABB pairwise collision + 30-second predictive look-ahead. Full event log: conflicts, resolutions, NOTAMs, AUTH grants, weather alerts. O'Hare / Midway / Downtown TFR enforcement.
Connect to live FAA ADS-B feeds via OpenSky Network and FAA SWIM. Ingest real flight data from Chicago approach corridors. Add actual O'Hare / Midway runway configurations and real-time NOTAM parsing. Replace simulated drones with live-tracked aircraft. First commercial UTM operator integrations: Wing and Amazon Prime Air are P0 targets (both have active BVLOS programs in the US).
